Hey! I’m Sukhi, I’m from Manchester, U.K., and this is one of my many, many, many favourite words: mellifluous, mellifluous. I love the way it sounds, which is interesting because I think mellifluous is a mellifluous word. It means sweet sounding to the ear, sounds nice, like music, nice and smooth. An example would be: the mellifluous beats floated and lingered in the air above.

  5. The radio host's mellifluous voice made even the most mundane announcements sound captivating and engaging.
